All our transportable homes are mainly made of timber, the most versatile and well-loved of building materials. We engineer them to last 50 years and we give each one a 10-year Builder’s Warranty. Would a 2 Bedroom Tiny House in NZ Require Planning Permission?
Anything along these lines requires planning permission, and if that sort of procedure turns you off, we are very happy to do it on your behalf. We know all the details the authority needs, and we do this all the time, so it makes sense.

We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously, to the extent that, because we use timber, for every tiny home we build, we plant ten native trees in a regenerating forest in the Auckland area, so we’re giving something back to nature. The very fact that our pods are small is good, because they require less energy to heat or cool, and because they are well engineered and constructed, they are naturally efficient in that respect.
