Preferred pod size, specs and location
Council Property File or Title and Easements
Geotech and other specialist reports
Site survey showing boundaries and contours
Concept plans you've previously developed

Below is a reminder of what we will offer you in this service. Note: In order to develop on a site, you must be the landowner, or have permission from them to build. There are many other considerations that we will present to you at the end of this process.

1 Preliminary Site Assessment

We'll evaluate local zoning regulations, site conditions, available services, and logistics to ensure your site is suitable.

2 Customised Concept Plan

Whether you choose from one of our designs or bring your own concept, we'll tailor the plan to fit your needs and preferences. We also provide approximate positioning on a site plan for your feedback.

3 Detailed Design Specifications

We'll provide a detailed project estimate with either fixed or indicative pricing, based on available information.

4 Projected Timeline

Where appropriate, a clear, realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect throughout the process.

5 Professional Services Contract

Fee summary to engage consultants like engineers and architects to prepare for Consent & firm up certain onsite costs. (If you’re not needing onsite consent, we may be able to skip this step.)
