2. Provide us with your site location and any existing related documents such as Property Title and Easements, Engineering Reports and Subdivision Conditions. 

3. Pay your $250 Ecopod Homes Project Assessment Fee and book in a meeting with our design consultant to discuss customisations and desired placement on your land.

3 Comprehensive Project Estimate

Detailed pricing with either fixed or indicative pricing, based on available information and agreed specifications.
