1. Choose a Pod most like the size (m2) you are planning to build from our range of standard designs. You can also pick out your favourite colour palate from our range!
2. Provide us with your site location and any existing related documents such as Property Title and Easements, Engineering Reports and Subdivision Conditions.
3. Pay your $250 Ecopod Project Assessment Fee and book in a meeting with our design consultant to discuss customisations and desired placement on your land.

2 Preliminary Site Assessment
We'll evaluate local zoning regulations, site conditions, available services, and logistics to ensure your site is suitable.
3 Comprehensive Project Estimate
Detailed pricing with either fixed or indicative pricing, based on available information and agreed specifications.
