1. Choose a Pod most like the size (m2) you are planning to build from our range of standard designs. You can also pick out your favourite colour palate from our range!
2. Provide us with your site location and any existing related documents such as Property Title and Easements, Engineering Reports and Subdivision Conditions.
3. Pay your $250 Ecopod Project Assessment Fee and book in a meeting with our design consultant to discuss customisations and desired placement on your land.

Strong and Resilient
Our pods are architecturally designed to Very High Wind Zone.
We use NZ-grown timber wherever possible to make robust and adaptable spaces and reduce our carbon footprint. Professionally painted.
Our standard materials include:
- Weathertex Weathergroove Woodsman cladding 25-year warranty
- MDF or ply wall lining 50-year durability
- Aqualine GIB 15-year wet area warranty
- Laminate timber flooring 10-year warranty
- Laminate timber benchtop 5-year warranty
- Melteca timber cabinets 5-year warranty
Energy Efficient
Thanks to great insulation and modern, low-energy components.
We supply our buildings with a switchboard to connect up our LED lights, heating systems and appliances.
Our standard materials include:
- LED Lighting, PDL sockets, and smoke alarms 10-year warranty
- Hot water cylinder 135L 10-year warranty
- High-quality European-made Beko appliances 5-year warranty
Warm and Dry
Built under cover, ecopods are fully insulated, weathertight and corrosion-resistant (Sea-Spray Zone) before leaving the factory.
Built using a 20mm vented cavity, soffit overhangs, German-made window and door mouldings and packed with glasswool insulation, we're taking on the elements!
Our standard materials include:
- Double-glazed UPVC joinery 15-year warranty
- Insulation values at least: R2.8 Walls, R3.6 Roof, R1.8 Floor
- Marley guttering and down-pipe system 15-year warranty
- Colorsteel MAXAM roof and flashings 15-year warranty

Detailed pricing with either fixed or indicative pricing, based on available information and agreed specifications.
