Perfect for extra income on your property or as a first home while waiting to build your larger, dream home. With our large indoor building environment, we’re able to build up to 7.2m wide buildings and deliver by truck and crane, saving you having to live on a building site and keeping your building dry before the roof is on.
Different regions around New Zealand vary sizes for Minor Dwellings, generally falling between 50 to 70m2. Get in touch and we can help you interpret your local district plans if you’re having trouble understanding what rules apply to you.

We did a lot of research on transportable baches and couldn't beat Homes for style, craftsmanship and price. We worked with Steve and co to shape a home that was perfect for our section! It was great to sit down with the team and plan everything from the layout, aluminium joinery, to little things like the location of power points and kitchen shelving. Our L home was delivered just in time for a big family Christmas at the beach and now we're super keen to get the second home underway!
