I've just come through the first winter in my Pod, which has been good. The appeal of living in a place like this, for a young person starting out, is that it’s hard to get onto the property ladder. Rather than paying rent, the benefit of starting off small is that you can put cash in the bank as a long-term solution while working towards buying a place.

I purchased an ex-show home from EcoPod six months ago for my elderly mother. EcoPod went out of their way to accommodate our needs and the home has proved to be of exceptional quality and comfort. The design is perfect for Mum, well thought out with plenty of storage. The only alteration I did was exchange the kitchen cupboard for drawers to be more accessible for her. The cabin is well-insulated and has been lovely and warm for her over winter. The fittings, both plumbing and joinery, are of great quality and the eco-friendly paint, benchtop, and materials first class. Ecopod’s exceptional service continued after sale, ensuring a quality, comfortable home of superior standard. Highly recommend an EcoPod to anyone wanting a premium home.
We found them very helpful and reliable, they went out of their way to assist us with adding a new sleepout to our property for our elder son. Amazed at how they managed to place it on our section over the palm trees. They were really helpful and we were able to see the progress of it being made step by step in their warehouse. Ecopod was the best for price, aesthetics, and materials. We liked the way the pods were constructed—the materials, durability, warmth in winter with double glazing and insulation, and the ability to keep cool in summer. We visited the Ecopod workshop to see the materials and how they were made, and everything was top quality. The cladding is hardwearing, low maintenance, and looks very natural.
Partnering with Ecopod to coordinate the off-grid systems made it easy to ensure the amenities and services were appropriate for our needs. Prefabricated building with a company like Ecopod also means less contractor time on site, less programme uncertainty and site disturbance, assured quality, and—most importantly—known and lower costs, especially in remote and rural areas.
The Ecopod team were amazing to deal with, always going above and beyond (letting four little boys under three help “dig” the foundations ready for the pod delivery the next day). The craftsmanship and detail on the pods are of high quality, in particular the joinery and the large sliding doors. We wanted our pod to look like an extension of our house, so the crew positioned it right up alongside and painted it the same colour as the house. It now looks like it’s been there forever. I researched for months to find the best pod that didn’t look like a weird addition plonked on the section. We highly recommend Ecopod to anyone.

We did a lot of research on transportable baches and couldn’t beat Ecopod for style, craftsmanship, and price. We worked with the team to shape a pod that was perfect for our section. It was great to sit down and plan everything, from the layout and aluminium joinery to the smaller details like the location of power points and kitchen shelving. Our pod was delivered just in time for a big family Christmas at the beach, and now we’re super keen to get the second pod underway.

EcoPod is a very good company which provide professional service for making beautiful, solid, reliable and personalize tiny houses. We are very happy the pod that they made for us because it look nice internally and externally, and matched the same colour and style with our existing house. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. We highlly recommend EcoPod for our friends who would like to build a tiny house to contact them.
