Promoter:
The promoter of this giveaway is Ecopod Homes (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility:
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must book and pay for an Ecopod Project Assessment (EPA) between November 5, 2024, and December 24, 2024.
One entry per EPA booking.
Prize:
The prize is one (1) Weber Q 2000 Classic LPG BBQ (Sold at Mitre10 in December for $629).
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Draw Date and Winner Announcement:
The winner will be drawn at random on Jan 26, 2025.
The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the draw date.
The winner's name may be published on the Promoter's website and social media platforms.
Prize Collection:
The prize must be collected or delivery arranged with the Promoter within 30 days of the winner being notified.
The winner must provide valid identification when collecting the prize.
General Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or provides false information.
If the prize is unclaimed after 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible participant.
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the prize or this giveaway.

Participants' personal information will be collected and used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
