A multi-purpose venue, this extra space is a gallery, workshop space and music venue for the community. The homes have a full kitchen, wheelchair accessible bathroom, a heat pump and decks. This fully consented project was a modular construction consisting of two modules joined together onsite to create a gable roof pitch.
